All Hawaii Aloha Store products are made to order and shipped directly from our print partners. This helps us reduce waste and keep more aloha in every package.
Order Processing

Orders are sent to production shortly after you check out.

Typical production time is 2–5 business days before shipping, depending on the product and print provider.

Once your order is on the way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking (when available).
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Shipping times begin after your order has been produced. These are estimated time frames and can vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or local conditions.

International: (NOT CURRENTLY OFFERED)
Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaiʻi, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories may take an additional 7–12 business days.
We do not guarantee delivery dates, but we aim to keep you updated at every step.
Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the product, destination, and shipping method.

From time to time, we may offer free or flat‑rate shipping promotions; any such offers will be clearly displayed on our site or in promotions.
Where We Ship

If your address is not eligible for delivery, you will be notified at checkout before payment is completed.
Multiple Items in One Order
Because we work with multiple print partners and locations, items in the same order may ship separately and arrive in different packages.
Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details when available.

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the label is created.
Delays, Lost, or Returned Packages

Carrier delays, customs processing, or severe weather can occasionally extend delivery times beyond our estimates.

If your package appears lost or has not moved for more than 10 business days (domestic) or 30 business days (international), please contact us with your order number so we can investigate.

If an order is returned to sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal, or failure to pick up, reshipment may require an additional shipping fee.
Address Accuracy
Please double‑check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to addresses entered incorrectly by the customer.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
(NOT CURRENTLY OFFERED) For international orders, customs fees, import duties, and taxes may be charged by your local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are not collected or controlled by Hawaii Aloha Store.
