Made-to-Order Print Quality Guarantee

All Hawaii Aloha Store products are custom printed on demand just for you. Because each item is created specifically for your order, our return policy focuses on print quality and manufacturing defects only.

30-Day Quality Assurance Window

You have 30 days from delivery to contact us if your item arrives:

  • Damaged (tears, holes, broken hardware)

  • Misprinted (wrong design, colors, placement)

  • Wrong item/size/color (manufacturing error)

Include: Order number + clear photos of the issue + tags/labels

What We Do:

  • Print errors: Free reprint OR full refund to original payment

  • Damaged items: Free replacement OR refund

  • Wrong item shipped: Free replacement OR refund

Non-Returnable Items (Made-to-Order Nature)
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Wrong size ordered (please check size charts before purchase)

  • Color variations (screen-to-fabric differences are normal)

  • Custom designs (all our items are custom)

No Physical Returns Required for Defects
Most print quality issues don't require shipping the item back. We'll verify with photos and approve reprint/refund immediately.

Processing & Refunds

  • Approved refunds issued within 5-10 business days to original payment method

  • Reprints ship within 7-10 business days

  • Track refund status via your order confirmation email

Lost/Stolen Packages
Contact us with tracking number. We'll file insurance claim and replace if carrier confirms loss.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
EU customers: You may return unused items within 14 days for any reason. You are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective. Items must be unworn, with tags, in original packaging.
